I am a glass bead making artist, not a jewelry artist.  I have made some jewelry with my beads, but mostly for special people or occasions.  Stringing the beads is far too tedious, and it doesn't give me any enjoyment.  Therefore, I stick to what does please me, and leave the jewelry making up to the more dexterous artists who enjoy creating their own jewelry designs.  I string them temporarily to inspire the imagination and creativity of jewelry designers who I hope will do some business with me!  It doesn't take me very long to do it and I think it enhances my beads.
